1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the www.taya365 online gaming platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the www.taya365 website or services. Access to and use of www.taya365 is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms.

By clicking "Register," "Sign In," or otherwise accessing the www.taya365 platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

2. Eligibility

To register and use www.taya365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of www.taya365, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from www.taya365 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.
• You must have a valid Philippine mobile number and a government-issued identification document for identity verification purposes.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by www.taya365, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered account at www.taya365. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your www.taya365 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. www.taya365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: www.taya365 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, or PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or other account actions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on www.taya365 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) or debit card. All payment methods are subject to availability.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the www.taya365 cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.
• www.taya365 does not accept deposits from credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to KYC verification requirements.
• www.taya365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are provided as estimates only.
• www.taya365 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Any funds deposited into your www.taya365 account that remain unused for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in Section 11.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

www.taya365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion. www.taya365 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.
• www.taya365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to an account at the time of cancellation will be subject to the wagering requirements in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• www.taya365 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotion.
• Players who have opted out of receiving bonuses may not retroactively claim bonuses for past deposits.

6. Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity conducted on the www.taya365 platform:

• All games available on www.taya365 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by www.taya365 or any third party.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within each game's information panel. www.taya365 does not guarantee that any individual player will achieve the published RTP over any given session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, www.taya365 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed. www.taya365's decision in such matters is final.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. www.taya365 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection or connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• www.taya365 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that it reasonably believes was placed in error, as a result of a software bug, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the www.taya365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the www.taya365 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to exploit bonuses or game mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system used by www.taya365.
• Using the www.taya365 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward www.taya365 staff or other players.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and must be returned.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the www.taya365 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the property of www.taya365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the www.taya365 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from www.taya365; create derivative works based on www.taya365 content; or use any www.taya365 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data

www.taya365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on www.taya365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

www.taya365 may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, www.taya365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the www.taya365 platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising in connection with www.taya365, even if www.taya365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the www.taya365 platform or any part thereof, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond www.taya365's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the www.taya365 platform, including game RTP figures, promotional terms, or any other content.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit www.taya365's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time and for any reason, subject to the following:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting www.taya365 support. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• Platform-Initiated Closure: www.taya365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by law or regulatory directive.
• Inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. www.taya365 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ₱100 to inactive accounts. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. The account balance will not be reduced below zero.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use the www.taya365 platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 10, and 13 — shall continue to apply.

12. Responsible Gaming

www.taya365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all players:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via the account settings panel. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time reminders can be configured to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which they will be unable to log in or deposit.
• Self-exclusion is available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• www.taya365 will not send promotional communications to players who have self-excluded.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact www.taya365 support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. www.taya365 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

www.taya365 operates within the regulatory framework overseen by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

www.taya365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, www.taya365 will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the www.taya365 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using www.taya365 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
